Rayhaan perfumes by scent family
The 50 Rayhaan perfumes with a note list fall into nine families. The largest is woody and green with 17 scents; 26 scents belong to two families.
How the families are made
Rayhaan does not sort its perfumes into families, so this guide does it from the notes. Every note belongs to one family: citrus and mint to fresh, apple and pineapple to fruity, jasmine and rose to floral, and so on. Each note a scent lists adds to its family, and rarer notes count for more, because bergamot and musk appear in half the range and say little about any one scent.
The family with the highest total is the scent's main family; a second one is added when it comes close. A scent without a note list is in no family: the guide does not guess. The grouping is this guide's own reading of the lists, not a statement by the brand.

Fresh and citrus 11 scents
Fresh scents are led by citrus, mint, tea or sea-like notes, with sweetness kept in the background.

Floral scents are built around flowers such as jasmine, rose, orange blossom, violet or peony.
